  • What specific issue are you experiencing? (For example, instead of stating "the sink is broken," please specify if it is leaking, clogged, or has low pressure.)
  • When did the problem begin?
  • Have you implemented any temporary solutions to address the issue? (e.g., covering the roof with a tarp)
  • Is the area that requires attention easily accessible?
  • Will you be available during regular business hours to grant access to a contractor?

If you’re still unsure, we’d be happy to meet with you. All estimates within 25 miles of Nally’s Neighborhood Repairs are completely free. For locations 26–50 miles round‑trip, estimates are just .725 per mile — and if you decide to move forward with the project, we’ll apply that mileage fee toward your final invoice, just as if the estimate had been free from the start.
